This paper will be to examine the various aspects of business relationships that involve creating and assuring conduct or performance, particularly in countries such as China and Hong Kong. This will focus on the social, cultural, political and economic institutions and relationships that have evolved to take the place of what is found in Western societies, such as ethnic trading relationships.
