Discrimination Against Women in the Criminal Justice Field
Discrimination against women exists in the criminal justice field for several reasons, some of which are valid. Yet, in the end, it is more reasonable not to discriminate against women in the criminal justice field. This paper discusses why women should not be discriminated against in the criminal justice field and discusses the pros and cons of discrimination in this area.
