Disability Discrimination: A New Focus On Service Providers This paper shall discuss discrimination against the disabled with particular focus on the Disability Discrimination Act of 1995. The paper will argue that because of changing and more flexible definitions of what constitutes disability, anti-discrimination legislation is being levelled at not only employers’ hiring practices but also at the behaviour of service providers.
